We have a minimum one hour charge for all jobs. Any charges for work carried out after the first hour will be made per 30 minute period. Materials supplied by Emergency British Plumber London will be charged at trade price plus 25% mark up. Work provided by any drainage and boiler engineers is also subject to a minimum one hour charge. Parking and waste removal will be added to the final invoice. . Daily rates are available depending on the work required. Price is for 1 engineer on site. White goods disposal is charged at £80 per item.

Transparent Pricing

Materials supplied by Emergency British Plumber London will be charged at trade price plus 25% mark up and are subject to VAT. Work provided by any drainage and boiler engineers is also subject to a minimum one hour charge. Parking and waste removal will be added to the final invoice.

Estimates for Boiler Installations

We carry out assessments for the installation of bathrooms, kitchen plumbing or complete new plumbing/gas central heating systems. It will be necessary for us to survey the property before being able to produce an accurate detailed quotation and we therefore carry out a home visit before providing the quotation or commencing any work.

No Hidden Charges

There are no hidden charges for travelling to your property.

Material Collection

In some instances a non stock item may need to be collected and the time taken to do this will be included in the hourly charge, capped at a maximum of one hour.

Payment

Full payment must be made by credit card or debit card as soon as we have carried out our visit to your property.
